ALL ORDERS SUBMITTED DURING RMO will be shipped on gradually. We thank you for your patience, Let's #flattenthecurve together.
We will arrange for weekly deliveries, every Tuesday & Thursday. Kindly always check your email for delivery updates.
2.0 SALE & RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
2.2 Returns & Exhange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, or DIRECT MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM for Extra Fast Respond @sheralee.my and our Customer Service Representative will assist you on how to exchange items.
2.3 Exchange of Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a different product at the same price, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged for a different product; Received in good condition. Exchange for Sale Items are only entitled to the same products ONLY if the items is defective..
3.0 Shipping of the Exchange Items
3.1 For Full Price Item:
You bought the item at Full Price and decided you don't like it! Can you change it with another item?
Yes, you can but exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the items. (We will check with our logistics when was the parcel accepted and your 3 days window begins upon that)
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the exchanged items are on us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
3.2 For Defect Item:
To return your defected product, we will bare the cost of shipping to us and shipping back to you.
4.0 DEFECT DEALS T&C
STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS.
Any requests for such exchange or return will not be entertained.
5.0 SANTAI AT HOME SALE T&C
All Deal comes with Box except discontinued products.
