1.0 Shipping Policy
We ship your parcels worldwide Every Working Day. Free Shipping is only applicable for Malaysia Orders RM 199 & above. 
1.1 Ready Stocks Delivery:
  • Local: Every Monday till Friday
  • International: Every Monday till Friday
1.2 Made To Order Stocks Delivery:
  • Local & International: Within Respective Delivery Period
1.3 Courier Provider:
  • Local: JNT, PosLaju, Aramex [Depending on Region]
  • International: Aramex, UPS & Fedex  [Depending on Country]
2.0 Order & Return Policy
All sales are final & unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, you are welcome to exchange your products if your condition applies to the terms below.
2.1 Returns & Exhange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Kindly Contact our Team: 
  • To complete your return, we require your ORDER ID.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will begin shipping back to you the NEW ITEMS and notify you via Whatsapp.
2.2 Exchange of Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a different product at the same price, STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE FOR SALES ITEMS received in good condition. Exchange for Sale Items are only entitled to the same products ONLY if the items is defective.

3.0 Shipping of the Exchange Items

3.1 For Full Price Item:
You bought the item at Full Price and decided you don't like it. Can you change it with another item? 
Yes, you can but exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the items. (We will check with our logistics when was the parcel accepted and your 3 days window begins upon that)
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the exchanged items are on us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

3.2 For Defect Item: 
To return your defected product, we will bare the cost of shipping to us and shipping back to you. 

4.0 Exchange on Items Purchased during Defect or As-Is Sale
STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS.
Any requests for such exchange or return will not be entertained.
