1.0 STORE PICK-UP POLICY 
For same-day pick up please order by 2 PM, Pick-up by 3PM. 
Available for weekday only from 9.30 - 5.30 PM.
NO WALK-INS. 
Pick-up at HQ, C-04-01, Tamarind Square.
 
1.1 SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING FOR MIN. SPEND RM 199 MALAYSIA ONLY.
NO DELIVERIES MADE IF PUBLIC HOLIDAY FALLS ON WEEKDAY. Kindly always check your email for delivery updates. 
Ready Stocks Delivery:
  • Local: Every Monday till Friday 
  • International: Every Monday till Friday
Pre-Order Stocks Delivery:
  • Local & International: ON RESPECTIVE DELIVERY DATE
Courier Provider:
  • - NINJAVAN (SEMENANJUNG)
  • - NINJAVAN & ARAMEX (SABAH, SARAWAK & INTERNATIONAL)
  • - ARAMEX & DHL (OVERSEAS)
1.3 CUT OFF TIME FOR DAILY SHIPMENT
Important Note: Orders after 10 AM daily, will be shipped on the next Working Day. If you order after 10 AM Friday, your orders will be shipped on Monday. 


2.0 SALE & RETURN POLICY
2.1 Order Cancellation or Refund
All sales are FINAL & unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, you are welcome to exchange your products if your condition applies to the terms below.
2.2 Returns & Exhange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, DIRECT MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM for Extra Fast Respond @sheralee.my and our Customer Service Representative will assist you on how to exchange items.
  • To complete your return, we require your ORDER NO and Online Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will begin shipping back to you the NEW ITEMS and notify you via email. 
 
2.3 Exchange of Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a different product at the same price, STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE FOR SALES ITEMS received in good condition. Exchange for Sale Items are only entitled to the same products ONLY if the items is defective.

3.0 Shipping of the Exchange Items

3.1 For Full Price Item:
You bought the item at Full Price and decided you don't like it! Can you change it with another item? 
Yes, you can but exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the items. (We will check with our logistics when was the parcel accepted and your 3 days window begins upon that)
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the exchanged items are on us. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

3.2 For Defect Item: 
To return your defected product, we will bare the cost of shipping to us and shipping back to you. 

4.0 DEFECT DEALS T&C 
STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS.
Any requests for such exchange or return will not be entertained.
