1.0 SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING FOR MIN. SPEND RM 100 MALAYSIA ONLY.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO 30 COUNTRIES, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN THE AVAILABLE LIST. WE WILL ARRANGE TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE.

1.1 TAMARIND SQUARE STORE PICK-UP POLICY 
Self-Pickup Option Available for Tamarind Square Outlet or CYBERJAYA HQ ONLY. Our team will directly contact you to update once order is placed. 
Important Note: Orders after 2PM daily,  PICK-UP WILL BE READY on the next Working Day. If you order after 2PM Friday, your orders will be READY BY Monday. (FOR SAME DAY PICK-UP ORDER BEFORE 2PM ON WORKING DAY ONLY)
PLEASE NOTE: FOR URGENT BUYERS ON WEEKENDS KINDLY PURCHASE DIRECTLY AT OUTLET.

-SKYNET & DHL (SEMENANJUNG)
- DHL & ARAMEX (SABAH, SARAWAK & INTERNATIONAL)
Important Note: Orders after 2PM daily, will be shipped on the next Working Day. If you order after 2PM Friday, your orders will be shipped on Monday. This applies to both, shipment & pick-up. 


2.0 SALE & RETURN POLICY
2.1 Refund
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

2.2 Returns & Exhange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, DIRECT MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM for Extra Fast Respond @sheralee.my and our Customer Service Representative will assist you on how to exchange items.
  • To complete your return, we require your ORDER NO and Online Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will begin shipping back to you the NEW ITEMS and notify you via email.

2.3 Exchange of Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a different product at the same price, STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE FOR SALES ITEMS received in good condition. Exchange for Sale Items are only entitled to the same products ONLY if the items is defective.

3.0 Shipping of the Exchange Items

3.1 For Full Price Item:
You bought the item at Full Price and decided you don't like it! Can you change it with another item? 
Yes, you can but exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the items. (We will check with our logistics when was the parcel accepted and your 3 days window begins upon that)
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the exchanged items are on us. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

3.2 For Defect Item: 
To return your defected product, we will bare the cost of shipping to us and shipping back to you. 

4.0 DEFECT DEALS T&C 
STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS.
Any requests for such exchange or return will not be entertained.
